This program is designed for young wrestlers under the age of 10 who are just starting out. The basics of proper stance, focus, footwork and take-down technique is emphasized in a supportive atmosphere of fun and development. Learning how to move to keep yourself safe and correct posture to prevent injuries is established from the very beginning. Students can opt for 2 classes each week or 3 classes each week.
When a wrestler reaches a certain stage, there comes a time when they are interested in stepping up their game to a higher level. This program is designed for older wrestlers who are ready for a tougher training environment. Emphasis is on combinations of techniques and proper mental and physical training leading to the possibility of competition.
These sessions are designed for the adult who has always wanted to try wrestling but never found a program suited to their needs. Whatever your level of fitness, martial art training or previous wrestling background, these classes will introduce wrestling to you and get you into amazing physical and mental shape! In this classes, you can push yourself to your limits or just enjoy a good technical wrestling workout.
